Can I return an online purchase?
Unworn merchandise with original tags attached purchased on formalgallery.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Return items must be post marked within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Please note original shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return postage. A refund will be granted when the return item arrives at the Formal Gallery premises. Please include the return packing slip for a prompt refund processing. A restocking fee of 10% of the retail value of each item will be charged on all returns of three items or more per order. Unworn merchandise with original tags returned after 14 days of the customer receipt date will be refunded, less shipping cost and 50% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and shipped back at the customerís expense. Goods must be returned in original condition with original tags. All merchandise is inspected upon return. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (e.g. cigarette smoke) or other damages will not be eligible for return. Earrings, undergarments and increasers are final sale.
Can I exchange an online purchase?
Formal Gallery does not offer exchanges. Unworn items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of customer receipt. See complete details above.
Can I place an online order over the phone?
No. All online orders must be processed online.
Can I Return or Exchange a in store purchase?
Merchandise and accessories purchase at the store are final sale only. No returns and no exchange is allowed.
Can I use a personal check or money order?
At this time personal checks and money orders can only be used in store. This service is not available online.
I saw a item on sale in store. Can I get the that item for the same price online?
We maintain separate inventory and promotions online and in the store.
Do you rent dresses or tux?
No, we do not rent any merchandise

Formal Gallery does not offer price adjustments. Sale items are promotional and posted for a limited time only. Please take advantage of our discounts as they are offered.
I just placed my order, can I change something?
All order are process immediately and shipped with 24 hours on business days. If there is a change please contact customer service at 832-328-1541 or email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Opps! I have a duplicate order, what should I do?
If under your order status or account history shows the same order placed twice. Then it is mostly likely a mistake or technical problem. If this happens please contact us right away at 832-328-1541 with the invoice numbers to adjust your account.
Some items available in the store are not available online. Can I special order these items?
Yes, you can special order any bridal, flower girl, prom, cocktail or evening dresses available at the st. The following brands Dave & Johnny, Mori Lee, Jessica McClintock, Faviana, Sean Collection and more. Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are placed on backorder. These items will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if this date changes.
Will you charge sales tax on my online order?
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within Texas.
